This series consists a variety of bulletins (pamphlets) published by several agencies related to the training of nurses collected by the New York State Board of Nursing. Scattered issues of "Course of Study and Syllabus for the Guidance of Nurse Training Schools" (1909-1928) are included. This publication was produced by the Education Dept. and quotes Public Health Law on topics pertaining to nursing, such as who may practice as registered nurses; who may practice as trained attendants; composition and duties of the Board of Examiners; examination rules and fees; nursing licenses and regiatration; and waivers of examinations.
